You are what you eat. Do you know how many calories would make a healthy daily diet for you? Use Mayo Clinic's Nutrtion Guide and find your guidelines for a healthy diet. Next, use The Fast Food Calorie Counter, to find the nutrition information from your favorite restaurant. Now, blog about what you've learned about a "healthy diet".
