2. Build Your Wild Self let's you create your own "Wild Self" character. Create your Wild Self, print it out, then type a few sentences about your character's special abilities.
1. Go to BBC's The Little Animals Activity Center and click on Digby Mole's Word Games. We are going to play End Sounds first and Rhymes second. 2. Meet the Gang at Orson's Farm, part of Professor Garfield's Transport to Reading.
4. Choose a word from this Rhyming Word List and type in on Microsoft Word. Then walk around the lab and type in rhyming words on as many computers as you can. Type your name after your rhyming word so we know you thought of the rhyme.
Let's read Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus, by Mo Willems, a Caldecott Honor Book. Then, we will use a painting program to draw our very own Caldecott worthy pigeons.
3. Choose 5 words from this 3rd Grade Spelling List. Write them down on a piece of paper. Now, see if your table partner can spell your 5 words words correctly using KidPix on their computer.
